Thank you so much for supporting my art, it means the world to me. Every piece I send out carries intention, creativity and heart. This page will walk you through everything you need to know about how your order will travel from my studio to your hands.

🕊️ Processing Time

I partner with trusted suppliers and also ship directly from my studio. Processing times depend on the item:

Art Prints: 5-10 business days

Collector Items (T-shirts, Totes, Mugs, etc.): 2–7 business days (Printed on demand via my production partner)

Original Artworks: 5–10 business days (for safe, intentional packaging)

Note: Some items may ship separately if they are produced in different locations (e.g., a T-shirt and an art print).

U.S.  -   USPS, UPS, or Printify partner 3–10 business days

Canada - USPS Intl or Printify partner 7–14 business days

International - DHL, UPS, or Local Carrier 10–21 business days

Tracking info will be sent via email once your item ships.

🎨 Packaging

Prints: Numbered and signed, packaged in clear sleeves  and shipped flat or rolled, depending on size.

Collector Items: Printed and shipped in protective packaging by my print partner (Printify).

Original Artwork: Carefully wrapped in archival-safe materials, boxed, and insured for protection with certificate of authenticity.

Preorders

Some collections and special editions may be released as preorders. Estimated ship dates are always listed on the product page. If you order both a preorder and an in-stock item, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment.

💌 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on item type, size, and destination.

Some items may ship in separate packages, especially if your order includes both in-house items (like original art) and print-on-demand items.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If anything arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with clear photos. For collector items, I’ll help file a claim with the print provider and send a replacement if eligible.

If a package is delayed or appears lost, reach out—I’ll assist in tracking it down or exploring next steps.

Q: Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

A: Some items ship from my studio, others ship directly from my production partner (like T-shirts or totes), so your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

Q: Can I return or exchange a T-shirt or merch item?

A: Since collector items are made to order, I cannot accept returns for size or style preference. However, if something arrives defective or incorrect, contact me and I’ll help make it right.

Q: Do you offer gift wrap or custom notes?

A: Yes! For studio-shipped items (prints & originals), I offer gift wrapping and personalized notes. Just leave a message at checkout. Unfortunately, I can’t offer this service on collector items due to third-party fulfillment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, I ship worldwide! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by region. Some countries may charge customs or import taxes which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: Can I request a specific delivery date?

A: If you need something by a particular date, email me before purchasing and I’ll do my best to meet your timeline—especially for gifts, gallery openings, or special occasions.
