Welcome to Rey the Lotus Art! By visiting this site or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All artworks, designs, and content on this website are the original creations of Rey the Lotus Art and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or resell any artwork without written permission.

When you purchase a piece (original, print, or commission), you are buying the physical item or a personal-use license — not the rights to the artwork itself.

2. Commission Terms

• Commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

• A non-refundable deposit (or full payment) is required to begin work.

• Turnaround time will be communicated before starting and varies by project.

• Two minor revisions are included. Additional edits may incur a fee.

• Commissioned work is for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and agreed upon in writing.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission that does not align with my values or style.

3. Payments

• Payments are accepted via Venmo, PayPal, and Shopify checkout.

• All prices are listed in USD, and all sales are final.

• Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Originals and merchandise will be shipped within the timeframe noted in the product listing.

• Digital items (such as custom commissions) will be delivered via email or secure download.

• Rey the Lotus Art is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the item is with the carrier, but we will do our best to support you in resolving any issues.

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the handmade and custom nature of my work, all sales are final.

• If your item arrives damaged, please email photos to ReytheLotus.Art@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

6. Usage Rights

• I may share completed commission work in my portfolio or on social media unless a confidentiality request is made before the project begins.

• You may share your purchased artwork online, but please tag or credit @ReytheLotusArt when applicable.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use my artwork for:

• Hate speech or discriminatory purposes

• NFTs, AI-training datasets, or resale as your own work

• Commercial branding unless commercial rights are explicitly granted

8. Modifications

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. By continuing to use this website or make purchases, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
